MAG Squad levels encourage gymnasts to get ready for competition style training! Class curriculum and routines are based on the National Levels program where gymnasts participate on all Olympic apparatus. Gymnasts advance as they master the skills on each apparatus becoming more confident and skilled in their ability. Gymnast will be invited to compete at competitions.
Club competition uniform will be required if gymnast wishes to compete.
Coaches work with gymnasts teaching them to accept feedback and apply it to their work effectively, a crucial skill to learn and develop as an athlete.
This level gymnasts are invited to Inner and Interclub competitions.

MAG Squad is an open program for athletes who are looking to start and/or continue with a MAG competitive program. With flexibility in selection of Hours and Days, as well as option to compete in some or all [of the competitions during] competitive season events.
MAG Squad classes will be run within the following guidelines:
- Minimum of One 2-hour class per week
- Up to 12 hours total per week in a Gymsport [from one or all Gymsports]
- All MAG squads will be following the ALP (Australian Levels Program curriculum)
- Training uniform is optional
- 2 times per year: Strength, Conditioning and Profile Testing (done in class)
- Opportunity to enter into all competitions (subject to Athlete’s readiness test)
- MAG squads will have a variety of coaches during a week to ensure we give our athletes the best opportunity for success
- To progress each Level athletes will require to achieve Minimum Score of Total 48 (no less then 7.5 on one apparatus) this is in Gymnastic Queensland Sanction event
