First developed by British Gymnastics, FreeG fuses traditional gymnastics and acrobatic tricks

with kicks and leaps made famous through martial arts and brought to worldwide attention by festival performances and stunt actors.

Beginner FreeG classes focus on learning basic skills to apply into Freestyle and Speedrun events. Gymnasts advance as they master the skills, becoming more confident and skilled in their ability and get ready to move into our Intermediate FreeG Program.

Open to both boys and girls.

Twice a year, our gymnasts are invited to showcase their talent and skills learned in class at our Gymnastics Carnival and End of Year Concert

 

INTERMEDIATE FreeG | 1 hour

Intermediate FreeG classes focus on learning progressions and skills to apply into Freestyle and Speedrun events. Gymnasts advance as they master the skills, becoming more confident and skilled in their ability and get ready to move into our Advanced FreeG Program.

Open to both boys and girls.

Twice a year, our gymnasts are invited to showcase their talent and skills learned in class at our Gymnastics Carnival and End of Year Concert

 

ADVANCED FreeG | 1.5 hours

10 Years+

Advanced FreeG Level encourage gymnasts to get ready for competition style training! Class curriculum and routines are based on the National FreeG program where gymnasts participate in both events: SpeedRun and FreeStyle. Gymnasts advance as they master the skills in each sport, becoming more confident and skilled in their ability.

Open to both boys and girls.

Coaches work with gymnasts teaching them to accept feedback and apply it to their work effectively, a crucial skill to learn and develop as an athlete.

Twice a year, our gymnasts are invited to showcase their talent and skills learned in class at our Gymnastics Carnival and End of Year Showcase.
