Terms and Conditions for Storage Space Rental at SPC Gymnastics and Flipz Academy:

Rental Terms
- The storage space is rented on a weekly basis, with the rental starting on the day of completing the rental form and continuing for the number of weeks specified or until cancelled by the Renter.
Payment
- The weekly rental fee is $10.00.
- Payment methods include Direct Debit from a Bank Account or Credit Card.
- Late Payment Policy: A $10.00 service fee is applied to ‘returned’ payments and on any payment received 10 days past the due date. This is in addition to the dishonour fee from respective banks. A $7.50 late fee is incurred on any payment past due date every 10 days. Additional late charges occur at 30 days intervals.
Use of Storage Space
- The Renter agrees to use the storage space solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not disturb other renters or operations of the Provider.
- Storage of hazardous, illegal, stolen, perishable, or flammable materials is strictly prohibited.
Liability
- The Provider is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items stored by the Renter, unless such loss, theft, or damage is due to the Provider's direct negligence.
- SPC Gymnastics and Flipz Academy will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind sustained by the Renter or third parties while using the storage space.
Cancellation
- Cancellation requests can be submitted by email to memberships@flipz.au.
General Terms and Conditions
- The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the storage space after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Provider operates.

Acknowledgment By signing this document, the Renter acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
