1. Usage Suitability: – Suitable for use with heels, point and tap
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy: – No refunds will be provided. – You may retain a credit for future use should your booking be canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice provided to the Head of Department (HOD).
3. Responsibility and Damages: – You are responsible for the studios during your booking. – Any damages incurred during your booking will be your responsibility, and you will be held liable for repair or replacement costs.
4. Timeliness: – Please ensure to finish and vacate the room by the end of your booked time slot. – A late fee of $10 per 10 minutes will be charged for overstay.
5. Unauthorized Occupancy Fee: – If you are occupying a room without a prior booking or overextending beyond your scheduled time, especially while someone else has a chance for reservation, an additional fee of $30 per 30 minutes will be invoiced separately.
6. Sound System: – The sound system is available for use at an additional cost of $10. If you wish to utilize it, please select “Sound system hire” during your booking process.
7. Additional Equipment Usage: – Utilization of any additional equipment outside of the dance room (including trampolines, ninja area, gym equipment, and gymnastics apparatus) is subject to fees of $11 per person per hour. This is only available if it has been processed prior to the booking.
8. Rescheduling: – A rescheduling fee of $10 will apply.
9. Acceptance of Terms: – By providing payment for this booking, you hereby accept the aforementioned Terms and Conditions for Dance Room Hire.
