Please provide your own music systems. Hire a sound system available for $10 per day.

Chairs hire: $5 each.

Access Guidelines:

1. Entry and Exit Procedures:
   • Shoes must be removed before entering the dance rooms to protect the flooring and maintain cleanliness.
   • Access to the dance rooms is only permitted by walking up to and onto the raised platform. It is strictly prohibited to walk through the main Gymnastics floor/hall to get in or out of the dance rooms.
   • The use of trampolines is not allowed when entering or exiting the dance rooms, ensuring safety and proper use of the facility’s equipment.
2. Dance Room 1 Upstairs Hire Specifications:
   • Size: The room spans 125 square meters, accommodating up to 35 individuals comfortably.
   • Equipment Provided: The room is equipped with Tarket flooring, 12 mirrors, fans, and barres to support a wide range of dance activities.
   • Music Systems: Participants are required to bring their own music systems. However, a sound system can be hired for an additional $10 per day.
   • Chair Hire: Chairs are available for hire at $5 each, allowing for customizable room arrangements as per your requirements.
3. Usage Suitability:
   • The dance room is not designed for activities involving heels to prevent damage to the flooring.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
   • No refunds will be provided for cancellations.
   • Credit for future bookings is available if the cancellation is made with at least 48 hours’ notice to the Head of Department (HOD).
5. Responsibility and Damages:
   • Hirers are accountable for any damages incurred during their booking and will bear the costs for repairs or replacements.
6. Timeliness:
   • Hirers must vacate the room promptly by the end of their booked time slot. A late fee of $10 per 10 minutes will apply for overstaying.
7. Unauthorized Occupancy Fee:
   • An additional fee of $30 per 30 minutes will be charged for unauthorized use of the room or exceeding the booked time slot.
8. Sound System:
   • The sound system is available at an additional charge of $10. Please indicate your need for the sound system hire during the booking process.
9. Additional Equipment Usage:
   • Using equipment outside of the dance room, such as trampolines, ninja area, gym equipment, and gymnastics apparatus, incurs a fee of $11 per person per hour, provided it is arranged prior to the booking.
10. Rescheduling:
    • A rescheduling fee of $10 is applicable for any booking changes.
11. Acceptance of Terms:
    • Payment for the booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
