Focused on:

  • Fundamental skills: whole body strength, handstand, splits, bridge, bridge kick over
  • Balance skills, kicks, basic leaps

INTERMEDIATE: Wednesday, 19 January 2022 12:30pm – 2:30pm

Pre-requisite skills: split, bridge

Focused on:

  • Whole body strength, full splits and over splits, hip flexibility, back and shoulders flexibility
  • Toes and knees stretching, balance skills, kicks, leaps and turns
