NAE

Nae began dancing at the age of five at Amanda Bollinger Dance Academy. During her training years in Australia, Nae won numerous awards and competitions including the ‘Supreme A Winner’ at the 2017 Alana Haines Australasian Awards, New Zealand. She moved to the USA at the age of 16 to attend the Kirov Academy of Ballet, Washington D.C where she studied the Vaganova method under the guidance of former Mariinsky/Bolshoi dancers. During her time at Kirov, Nae placed 2nd in the Pas De Deux section of the YAGP, New York Semi Finals, and toured to Costa Rica as a guest artist to perform in two productions. After graduating the Kirov in 2019, Nae accepted a contract with the Joffrey Ballet Studio Company in Chicago. After joining the Studio Company, Nae performed roles including Fascinatin’ Rhythm from George Balanchine’s Who Cares? and works from Lar Lubovitch. She was also selected to perform with the main company in the Snow Scene and Act II of Christopher Wheeldon’s The Nutcracker.
